We had a busy week. We got a new computer…my hubby built a room for my oldest sons birthday…spring cleaning detoxing, my oldest children’s first dance and I found out an article I wrote on c-section is getting published in a national magazine! To celebrate all our hard work my daughter and I thought up this uniquely delicious and nutritious treat!
You will need ( all organic )
1 cp soaked tapioca
1/4 cp brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 farm fresh eggs
2 cps raw milk
1 cp coconut milk (cream)
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Heat milks sugar and salt to almost boiling reduce heat and stir 5 minutes
Whisk two eggs then slowly add 1 cup in tablespoons of warm milk mix to eggs..whisk
whisk entire mixture together then add vanilla and spices
Refrigerate or eat warm..
