
You need:
Garlic and Basil Polenta-fresh or store bought
one onion, 3 garlic cloves, large green tomato- chopped
1 lb of Italian turkey sausage
1 tub of shredded asiago or romano cheese
Spaghetti sauce (I like to make my own!)
1 tub of ricotta cheese (don’t forget a half teaspoon of nutmeg to mix in)
1 egg
In one frying pan fry up polenta until golden brown, medium heat in olive oil-lay one layer in casserole dish
Mix egg, ricotta cheese, nutmeg and half of asiago cheese-smooth out on top of polenta layer, sprinkle with fresh ground pepper and sea salt
Add one more layer of polenta
On top of that layer add spaghetti sauce mixed with- cooked and cut up sausage and the onions, garlic and green tomato- that were sauteed golden and transluscent with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and 1 tbs of sugar.

On top of all of this sprinkle the rest of the cheese.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
